Your Role:

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring every guest feels special from the moment they arrive until they depart. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a genuine smile and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Personalized Service: Provide tailored recommendations about hotel facilities, services, and Dubai’s top attractions.
  • Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
  • Special Arrangements: Assist with reservations, bookings, and unique guest requests to create memorable stays.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus).
  • Customer-First Attitude: A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive guest experiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
  • Professionalism: A polished appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
