Key Responsibilities


Greet warm and welcome guests when they arrive and support check-in and check-out processes.

Handle and resolve guest questions, grievances, and special requests efficiently.

Coordinate with other departments to execute the needs and wishes of guests.

Be aware of current hotel services, promotions, and local points of interest.

Ensure VIP guests get special services and recognition

Your Role:

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring every guest feels special from the moment they arrive until they depart. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a genuine smile and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Personalized Service: Provide tailored recommendations about hotel facilities, services, and Dubai’s top attractions.
  • Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
  • Special Arrangements: Assist with reservations, bookings, and unique guest requests to create memorable stays.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus).
  • Customer-First Attitude: A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive guest experiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
  • Professionalism: A polished appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Qualifications and Skills.


Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is preferred.

English proficiency; other languages are an asset.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm under stressful situations and respond with grace and professionalism.

Knowledge of hotel management software and CRM systems.
