Key Responsibilities:

  • Give thorough details about the hotel’s amenities, services, and nearby sights.
  • Respond to requests, complaints, and questions from visitors in a timely and courteous manner.
  • To guarantee guest satisfaction, coordinate with other departments (maintenance, F&B, and housekeeping).
  • Keep the area in front of the desk tidy, orderly, and friendly.
  • Help with bookings, reservations, and special arrangements for visitors.
  • Recognize the needs of your guests and go above and beyond to meet or surpass their expectations.

Requirements:
