Hotel Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract new guests.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Salary: AED 15,000–25,000 per month (depending on experience and hotel size).

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management.
