Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation and Cooking
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection, with attention to taste, texture, and appearance.
- Follow standardized recipes and procedures to maintain consistency across all dishes.
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items to prevent spoilage and cross-contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders and meet service deadlines.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff and sharing best practices.
Quality Control
- Taste and inspect dishes to ensure they meet quality and flavor standards.
- Address any issues with food preparation promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Menu Development
- Contribute creative ideas for new menu items, specials, and seasonal dishes.
- Assist in testing and refining new recipes to enhance the menu.
Customer Satisfaction
- Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care and attention.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes to meet guest expectations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic to contribute to a pleasant dining experience.

- Language: Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a bonus).
