We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager Job in Dubai 2025. to oversee the daily operations of our high-end restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
